Return Policy
Our return policy is very simple. It consists of 3 easy steps. Better yet, we pay all shipping charges if you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size!
PLEASE NOTE that if the item is returned without an exchange there will be a restocking fee deducted from your credit. The restocking fee for orders under $50.00 is $5.00, for orders between $50.00 to $150.00 is $7.00, and for orders greater then $150.00 is $10.00.
STEP ONE. If you haven't worn, washed, removed the tags or otherwise damaged an item purchased from us, you may return it within 21 days for a full credit card refund (excluding FEDEX shipping charges). Your return shipment just needs to be postmarked within 21 days of your original receipt of the item. If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will send you a shipping label to cover the cost!
STEP TWO. Please include your name, address, order date and order number (or better yet, a copy of the packing slip that accompanied your order) so that we know to whom and where to issue a refund.
STEP THREE. Please let us know to expect the return by calling us at (408) 399-2220 or sending an e-mail to returns@bumpfashion.com. This way we can keep an eye out for your return package to make sure your refund is processed immediately. If the return is for an exchange of a different size, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via fax or e-mail to cover the cost of the return shipment!
Unfortunately, personal items such as underwear, bras, swimwear, Bella Bands, clearance items, final sales and other merchandise specified as non-refundable cannot be returned unless you received them in a damaged state.
